Today's AUTHOR ALERT features the delightful and crazy sweet Linda Poitevin, author of a new dark urban fantasy series, The Grigori Legacy, from Ace Books. I encountered Linda (miraculously enough) on twitter a few months back and instantly took a shine to this lovely lady because 1) she's literally just the bees knees and 2) I am in serious literary love with her debuting novel SINS OF THE ANGELS, the first book of her series, The Grigori Legacy.
Linda currently resides in Ottawa with her husband, three daughters, one very large husky/shepherd/Great-Dane cross dog, two cats, three rabbits, and a bearded dragon lizard. Seriously, Dr. Dolittle has nothing on this mother, gardener, coffee snob, and zookeeper. Boy-howdy-let-me-tell-ya!!!
But the truly exciting news that goes along with today's Author Alert is the fact that TODAY is in fact the debut of Linda's novel SINS OF THE ANGELS! *Squeeeee!* I can proudly admit that I have been anxiously waiting for the release of this rockin' book for a few months now. (Which felt more like an eternity! Ugh.). But I'm sure Linda has definitely been ready a great deal longer than that. So a HUGE congratulations to you, Linda, on this FANTASTIC day and your great achievement.
